I’m starting to look into cutting back on my gluten and making my on GF flour seems like a logical place to start. Pinning for future use!

Yes, this a good basic staple to have for GF baking!

I have a friend who’s son is newly GF. I’m going to pass this on to her. :-)

Best of luck with your new site venture, Merissa! I love the blue design and I’m excited to read your recipes. I have gluten-free recipes on mine since my dad is gluten intolerant, so I like to experiment with it.

I am so happy to have found your site. I am just learning about a gluten free lifestyle. I may be a regular viewer here.

Can someone help me. I am new to gluten intolerance. Here is my question…When making Gluten free all purpose flour can I substitute it cup for cup in a regular recipe or are the measurements different?

It really depends on the recipe, some recipes will work with plain substitution but most require adjustments in the other ingredients of the thing you are making too. (addition of eggs, or guar gum, or something to hold it together, ect)
